COMPUTER KING FEDERAL PAGE
Our mission on this page is to give you a wide variety of Federal Government sites. There are plenty of federal programs from you can get free money i.e grants. One of the problems we have had is remembering where all the good sites are and what they do. We have tried to organize the information for you in one convenient location and give you a short description of each site. We will update them as new sites come on line.
The Government
created the unemployment problem and
this site is the solution. The Govment
sent all the jobs off shore now they want to give you a job working for the
Govment . Hey couldn’t hurt to
look !
The official search engine of the government,
USA.GOv consolidates 20,000 government web sites and arranges them into 16 categories. Browse the links in
Money and Taxes to search for unclaimed money, learn about the public debt and
find the value of savings bonds. In Healthy People, find Child Health
Insurance Applications, vaccination information and veterans' health
care. In the Environment and Energy section, learn how to save energy in
your home and find air quality forecasts. In the top left-hand corner,
you'll find featured subjects, such as e-filing your taxes. I especially
like the new name USA.GOV.

DO NOT CALL (National System)
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.
Most telemarketers cannot call your telephone number if it is in the National
Do Not Call Registry. You can register your home and mobile phone numbers for
free. Your registration will be effective for five years. Please be aware that

not be included on the list.
The law requires the "Do Not Call" Register to be operational by
July 1, 2000. Super idea by the state. Pleae note that there is a

MEDLINE PLUS.GOV
This site should be called Medline Plus AMA. The AMA's Party Line is
followed to a tee. The site seems pretty good in that there are plenty of
interactive presentations. You could almost say it was Power Point run
amuck. But there are at least 165 interactive presentations. If you
want the AMA view of your problem, you can get it right here. They would
appear to offer no simple alternatives in these
presentations. But if you hold your breath for 30 years, we guarantee
that a research institution somewhere is doing something that approaches
magical research and will produce a magical painful solution. Life
Extension LEF.ORG is a
better alternative. Check them both out and compare.
